History Behind Hanumaan Chalisa

Hanumaan Chalisa is hymn (स्तोत्र, स्तुतिगीत) which was written by Goswami Tulsidas Ji (Go-Svaamee Tul-see-daas; गोस्वामी तुलसीदास जी) in the sixteenth century.

Tulsidas Ji was great poet, philosopher and above all devotee of Lord Ram (भगवान् श्री राम) and he wrote extremely powerful hymn (चालीसा) about Lord Hanuman (हनुमान जी) which was later spiritually enpowered by Lord Shiv (भगवान् शिव). Now whosoever recite or go through Hanumaan Chalisa (हनुमान चालीसा) his all worries are removed by Lord Hanumaan Ji (हनुमान जी).

It's not necessary that you understand it's meaning the most important is, you go through it or recite it piously with good feelings (श्रधा पूर्वक - शुद्ध हृदय से) and believe me this really works.
